  • Yes. Whether you’re scheduling a pickup or requesting local delivery, all transactions are processed securely. Massey’s uses Stripe and industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment details. We also verify that your billing address matches the card on file to ensure your protection.

  • Absolutely! Sometimes it’s easier to talk to a real person. Call us Monday–Friday, 10 AM–4 PM Central at 800-754-7467 to place your order for pickup or delivery. You can also call any of our store locations to reserve a product for pickup within 24 hours.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for BOPIS and Same-Day delivery transactions. We’ll authorize your payment method when you place the order, but your card won’t be charged until the order is confirmed and ready for pickup or delivery.

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or a text with a link to check the status. You’ll also be notified when your order is ready for pickup or out for delivery.

  • During store hours, you’ll usually get an email confirmation within 30 minutes of placing your order. Check your junk folder or contact us directly if you don't see it.

  • Local tax will be applied based on the pickup store.

  • Massey’s no longer offers shipping. All purchases must be picked up in-store or delivered locally via Same-Day Local Delivery (where available).

Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to love your gear. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 45 days of receiving them. Returns must be made in person at a Massey’s location. Items must be in their original condition and packaged with tags and inserts included. There are some exceptions. See below.

    • Final clearance items that are discounted 50% or more are not returnable.

    • We cannot accept returns on customized items.

    • Climbing gear cannot be returned.

    • Canoes and kayaks cannot be returned once they leave the store.

    • Underwear is not eligible for return.

    • Any product that is assembled or installed cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges can be made at any Massey’s location. Just bring the item and your original receipt or order confirmation.
