Shipping EXCLUSIONS
Oversized items such as but not limited to Yeti coolers, rolling luggage, longboards, backpacks, kid carriers, paddles, rack parts, winter boots, etc. do not qualify for shipping. We do not ship canoes, kayaks, bikes, or cargo boxes. We do not ship any Hobie or Big Green Egg products. Speak to Customer Service for local delivery.
Delivery Times / Services
Orders are processed Monday-Friday and may take 1-2 business days until shipment. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, here is what you can expect
We cannot be responsible for packages left at the front door.
ECONO:
FedEx SmartPost® - 7 - 14 business days- Tracking will not be automatically sent via email. Packages will delivered by your local post office. Once FedEx picks up the package from our facility the following day is considered shipping day number one.
GROUND:
FedEx Ground® - 3 - 7 business days, based on distance to the destination. Once FedEx picks up the package from our facility the following day is considered shipping day number one.
3 DAY:
FedEx Express Saver® - Once FedEx picks up the package from our facility the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order should arrive on your doorstep in three business days, starting with shipping day number one.
2 DAY:
FedEx 2Day® - Once FedEx picks up the package from our facility the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order should arrive on your doorstep in two business days, starting with shipping day number one.
NEXT DAY:
FedEx Standard Overnight® - next-business-day afternoon - Once FedEx picks up the package from our facility the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order should arrive on your doorstep in one business day, starting with shipping day number one.
IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS:
We do not ship Hobie or Big Green Egg products and other oversize items. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.
* FedEx does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days that FedEx is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days.
** Signature required - if you select the option to require signature someone from within your residence or business must sign for the package at the time of delivery. The FedEx driver will make three attempts to deliver your package.
*** We cannot guarantee shipper performance. FedEx does not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas holiday. Please see their website for all details.
More Information:
* Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days (we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday).
* If your package is not being delivered to the billing address we will (automatically) require a signature before delivery.
* Shippers do not offer performance guarantees in all cases. Some delays are unavoidable, such as weather.
**** FedEx only guarantees and accepts claims for expedited shipments, (NOT ground or smartpost). If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf, with FedEx.
Returns
BEFORE MAILING be sure you purchased from Massey's Outfitters.com not Masseys.com.
Returns can be made within the following timeline from Purchase date:
You have 30 days plus shipping time for a full (less any shipping fees) refund.
After 30 days we can offer a refund for the item at its current selling price. The item still has to be in our system.
The following items are non-returnable: boats, underwear, swimwear, climbing gear, sunglasses without tag, shoes without original packing material.
All items being returned must still be in new condition. Washed or used items cannot be accepted for return. Tags must still be attached to the item(s) being returned. Shoes being returned must still be in new/unused condition and also have the original shoe box.
PLEASE DO NOT TAPE SHOE BOXES SHUT and use them as the shipping container. We will not accept the return if the shoe box is covered in tape and shipping labels.
EXCHANGES:
We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) you would like in place of the original order.
WHERE TO RETURN PACKAGES:
Contact us via the chat for our return address. PLEASE NOTE we are MasseysOutfitters.com NOT masseys.com. Masseys.com is a different company selling women's shoes.
SHIPPING:
Return shipping is NOT included with orders. You may use any shipping method you like. We cannot be responsible for your package until it is signed for by our staff. We HIGHLY recommend you insure your package... ESPECIALLY if you decide to return it via a method that cannot be tracked. We cannot help track packages until they arrive and have been signed for.
HOW LONG DO RETURNS TAKE?
We make a substantial effort to complete your return transaction the day it arrives. We process returns M-F. Returns received on Saturdays or Holidays will be processed the following business day. Occasionally, we take longer based on overall volume.
